After the Spring Festival, many textile and garment enterprises are in a state of intense manpower, especially a large number of skilled workers. Some companies have begun to lower the threshold for recruiting employees, and others intend to “grab” people with high salaries. To this end, the trade unions proposed setting up an information platform to encourage companies to have an orderly interaction with people, logistics, and information flow within the industry. At the same time, help improve the quality of employees and achieved good results.

While assisting enterprises to solve specific difficulties, the trade unions in the textile industry in the region have continuously strengthened the establishment of the negotiation mechanism.
